Surely, a lot of you have already heard of the “Soave Prà” wine, but today you will get a brief insight into the history of the wine and specifically of Prà’s production of this wine.

The Soave Classico is a white wine originating from the region after which the Soave takes its name, a few miles east of Verona. It is predominantly characterised by the use of Garganega grapes.

In the 80s, Graziano Prà made it his ambition to create a unique Soave on his family estate at Monteforte D’Alpone, having inherited from his father and grandfather a deep understanding and appreciation of this volcanic area.
The Soave Classico Prà “Otto”, in memory of Graziano’s four-legged friend, is a young wine, with a fruity aroma and exceptionally fresh and zingy in taste, perfect for every occasion. We then have the Soave Prà “Monte Grande”, a personal favourite for many. It is known for the intensity and maturity of its taste, which is contrasted by a crisp and mineral flavour that evokes the rich volcanic soil where the vines grow.
To end, the great “Colle Sant’Antonio”, an elegant wine that pairs well with strong traditional foods such as “Venetian liver’”, “baccalà” or “sarde in saor”.

Palazzo San Luca has been fond of Graziano Prà’s creations for a long time and is delighted to offer these wines to guests so they may enjoy the inherent flavours of the Veneto region.
